Our Mission
The supplement industry is flooded with products that make bold claims backed by weak science. Most review sites are either funded by the brands they review or written by generalists with no biochemical background. Supplement Intelligence was founded to be different.
Our mission is simple: provide ingredient-level analysis of health supplements that is accurate, independent, and useful to real people making real health decisions. Every recommendation on this site is based on the science of the ingredients — not on advertising relationships, paid placements, or brand sponsorships.
Our Lead Researcher
Our Editorial Principles
Every piece of content published on Supplement Intelligence is held to the following standards:
Ingredient-Level Analysis
We evaluate supplements based on their actual ingredients, doses, and bioavailability — not brand reputation or marketing claims.
Evidence-Based Claims
Every health claim is supported by peer-reviewed research. We cite our sources and link to the original studies in our references page.
No Paid Placements
We do not accept payment for product recommendations. Affiliate commissions are earned only on products we would genuinely recommend.
Transparent Disclosure
All affiliate relationships are clearly disclosed. We believe transparency is the foundation of trustworthy health information.
Our Research Methodology
When evaluating a supplement, our process follows four steps. First, we conduct a comprehensive ingredient audit — identifying every active compound, its clinical dose, and its mechanism of action. Second, we review the peer-reviewed literature for each ingredient, focusing on human clinical trials where available. Third, we assess the formula as a whole, evaluating ingredient synergies, bioavailability factors, and formulation quality. Finally, we compare the product against alternatives in the same category based on ingredient quality, dose accuracy, and value.
Our current focus is the glutathione supplement category — one of the most clinically studied and commercially misrepresented areas of the supplement market. Our four-guide series covers the complete evidence base for glutathione supplementation across skin health, antioxidant science, anti-aging, and immune/detox support.
Affiliate Disclosure
Supplement Intelligence participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click a product link on this site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial recommendations. We only recommend products that meet our ingredient quality standards, and our analysis is conducted independently before any affiliate relationship is established.
